Very low internet speed!!! Water from the bathroom faucet was brown!!! Spa facilities and maintenance need significant improvements!!! Charging my card unexpectedly after checkout is unacceptable!!! Better cleaning and service overall would be advisable!!!

The breakfast options were extraordinary, with a delightful variety to start the day off right. the room I stayed in had a fluctuating water temperature that was somewhat inconvenient. the gym equipment needed some maintenance attention to ensure everything was functioning properly. Despite these issues, the helpful reception staff went out of their way to make my stay relatively enjoyable.

Had a pretty chill 4-night stay. The place was super cozy, with a comfy bed that felt great after long days out. Loved having a mini-bar stocked with snacks. this hotel is really cozy! the plants in the hallway are a nice touch, and the mattress is both soft and firm, perfect for a good sleep. the staff were super friendly, always there to help. loved the gym, and the food took just 20 mins to arrive, which was delicious too! the location is central, making it easy to explore the city.

the water temperature in the shower was kinda unpredictable, and i could hear noise from other rooms early in the morning.

Had a great stay with friends! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax after exploring the local area.
